Short version: DetailCRM does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We only store what the app needs to work.
What we store on your device
We use your browser’s storage (local storage and IndexedDB) rather than traditional cookies. The items below are all strictly necessary for the app to work or to remember choices you made.

What we don’t use
- No analytics or measurement tools.
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No social media plug-ins, embedded videos or other third-party widgets that set their own cookies.
- No third-party fonts loaded from other websites.
Do we need your consent?
Rules such as the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR require consent for cookies and similar storage unless they are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Everything above falls in that exception, so we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your choices
You can clear or block site data in your browser settings. If you do, you will be signed out, and in demo mode your saved demo data and photos will be removed. Business owners can also download a copy of their data from Settings first.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google or Apple Maps. Those sites may set their own cookies once you visit them. See our Privacy Policy.
