Terms of Service
Effective September 19, 2026
Please read these terms. By creating an account or using DetailCRM you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
DetailCRM (“we”, “us”) is operated by La'anui Nihipali. Contact: imlaanui@gmail.com.
2. What DetailCRM is
DetailCRM is software that helps mobile car-detailing businesses manage bookings, quotes, customers, vehicles, jobs, photos, follow-ups and revenue records, and gives them a public booking page. We are a software provider only. We are not a detailing business, we do not perform or supervise detailing work, and we are not a party to any agreement between a business and its customers.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
- If you use DetailCRM for a company, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
4. Your responsibilities as a business owner
- Your customer data. You are responsible for the information you enter about your customers and for having a lawful basis, and any required permission, to collect it and to contact them. This includes following laws on text messages and calls (for example the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act), email marketing (for example CAN-SPAM) and privacy.
- Your services. You are solely responsible for your services, pricing, quotes, availability, insurance, licenses, taxes, cancellation and refund policies, and for any damage, injury or dispute arising from your work.
- Your content. You must have the right to upload the photos, logos and text you add, and must not upload anything that infringes others’ rights.
- Sensitive data. Do not store full payment card numbers, government IDs or other highly sensitive data in DetailCRM.
- Your public pages. Anything you put on your booking page or quotes, including social links and policies, is your responsibility. Advertising and reviews must be truthful and comply with applicable law, including rules on endorsements and reviews.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or others’ rights, or use the service to send spam or harass anyone;
- upload malware or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
- scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service except as the law allows;
- use the service in a way that could damage its performance for others.
6. If you are a customer using a booking page or quote link
- The business you book with provides the detailing service. Your agreement, including price, timing, cancellation and refunds, is with that business. DetailCRM is not responsible for the quality of the work, damage, delays, no-shows or disputes.
- When you submit a booking request you are asking that business to contact you about it. A request is not confirmed until the business confirms it.
- How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees
DetailCRM is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged, and you can choose not to upgrade. See our Refund Policy.
8. Third-party services and trademarks
The service links to or relies on third-party services (for example Supabase for hosting data, and Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and Apple Maps links). We do not control them and they have their own terms. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and other names and logos, and vehicle make and model names, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those companies or products. DetailCRM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.
9. Our intellectual property
We own the DetailCRM software, design and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business under these terms. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Keep your own records and download your data from Settings regularly.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using DetailCRM at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put others or the service at risk, or the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Templates, messages and policies in DetailCRM are general tools that you should review for your own situation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
If you are a business owner, you agree to defend and reimburse us for claims and costs arising from your services, your content, your use of customer data, or your breach of these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have the right to bring claims in their home courts under mandatory local law. Please contact us first at imlaanui@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice (for example by email or in the app). If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
